These are silhouette lights with a suction cup on top: press the cup to clean glass, hang the shape, and the wire runs down to a small battery box. Hanging them

Sizes run from about 12 cm to 20 cm across depending on the shape — each shape photo shows its own measurements.
The timer style is the only version that switches itself on and off; the standard styles use a simple on/off switch.
Best on smooth glass. Frosted, textured or dirty panes hold suction cups poorly.
